This cozy ancient farmhouse is located just 5 minutes (3 km) above Greve in Chianti, the heart of Chianti Classico in Tuscany. Surrounded by chianti classico vineyards, olive groves and lush forests, this small wine and olive oil producing estate is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. There is a small swimming pool with covered gazebo and several outdoor sitting areas. There are sweeping views towards Panzano and the rolling Tuscan hills of Chianti.

This attractive private villa sleeps 6 persons. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a fourth bedroom and third bathroom located just below the living room area on the lower floor. The main floor consists of kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom is a twin bedded room up a narrow flight of stairs/ladder suitable for young people in the old tower. Casa Nova’s quaint country kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher. There is an outdoor dining area off the living room, also with BBQ.

Extra maid service, chef services, wine tours and cooking classes are available on request. WIFI, satellite TV, and CD player are included. Heating is available and is extra. There are screens on the windows. Distances to Florence is 20 km and to Siena is 30 km. Greve is in the heart of Chianti Classico and many towns and villages are a short drive away. Casa Nova is extremely private and very quiet.
