Casa La Rota
Casa La Rota is set among Tuscan vineyards with panoramic views to Panzano and Castello di Rampolla in the famous Conca d’Oro region of Chianti Classico. The large mature gardens surrounding the house have a common swimming pool and sweeping views to the south and west as well as to the historic upper Panzano.
The main house has been divided into two elegant living quarters Il Gelso and Il Ciliegio with all modern facilities including central heating, telephone, TV, and electric household appliances. Adjoining the house is the old barn which has been converted into a particularly luminous apartment, La Capanna. Because of its spacious and very private garden terrace it is well suited to lovers of the open air.
The three apartments are decorated and furnished with carefully chosen handcrafted Tuscan country-style furniture. The peaceful and refined atmosphere of Casa La Rota is ideal for those who appreciate the quiet of the countryside and the beauty of Tuscan landscapes.

Il Gelso at Casa La Rota
Il Gelso is a vintage casale that is spread over three floors, has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, television, telephone, and washing machine. There is a large garden with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Il Gelso sleeps 6.

Il Ciliegio at Casa La Rota
Il Ciliegio is a vintage casale which looks west toward the surrounding vineyards and hills. Il Ciliegio is on three levels with two separate entrances and a terrace with lush gardens and spectacular views. The large master bedroom has panoramic views and en suite bath. There is a second small double bedroom and a third single bedded room that share a bath. Amenities include a fireplace in the living room, television, large fully-equipped country kitchen with modern appliances, dishwasher, telephone, and washing machine. Il Ciliegio sleeps 5.

La Capanna at Casa La Rota
La Capanna is a well-restored ancient barn, with many details. It is an independent building next to Il Ciliegio and Il Gelso. The top floor has two medium-sized double bedrooms and a full bathroom. A second half-bathroom is on the first floor. The living room has beautiful views and large glass doors opening to a private terrace and garden for outdoor living in the summer. Separate well-equipped kitchen, washing machine. Private entrance and ample parking. La Capanna sleeps a maximum of 4.
